ترانزیستور NCV8402

این ترانزیستور که در واقع نوعی MOSFET می باشد توسط شرکت ON Semiconductor جهت استفاده در محیط های با شرایط سخت طراحی و ساخته شده است . از این ترانزیستور در BCM محصولات ایران خودرو به عنوان درایور بوق استفاده شده است . ترانزیستور NCV8402 که معمولا با پکیج SOT-223 در خودرو کاربرد دارد مانند ترانزیستور های معمولی با تحریک پایه گیت سوئیچ می کند . همچنین از جایگزین آن یعنی ترانزیستور 1NV04P جهت راه اندازی رله اول ایسیو های والئو PL4 و J34P استفاده می شود .
