The 74HC/HCT541 are octal non-inverting buffer/line drivers with 3-state outputs. The 3-state outputs arecontrolled by the output enable inputs OE1 and OE2.A HIGH on OEn causes the outputs to assume a highimpedance OFF-state.The “541” is identical to the “540” but has non-invertingoutputs.
