آی سی NCV8402AD در پکیج SO-8 ترکیبی از 2 عدد MOSFET می باشد که با توجه به جریان کشی پایه Drain امکان تست و بررسی مدار خروجی را فراهم می کند . از این قطعه در BCM محصولات ایران خودرو به عنوان درایور قفل صندوق عقب و گرمکن شیشه عقب و از جایگزین آن یعنی آی سی 1NV04D در ایسیو والئو J34P جهت راه اندازی فن دور تند و کند و رله دوم و همچنین  استفاده شده است .
