5V Low Drop Fixed Voltage Regulator

The TLE 4264-2 is a monolithic integrated low-drop fixed voltageregulator which cansupply loads up to 150 mA. It isfunctional compatible to the TLE 4264, but has areduced quiescent current of typ. 40μA. The TLE 4264-2 isespecially designed for allapplications which require very low quiescentcurrents. The deviceis available in thesmall surface mounted PG-SOT223-4 package.The device is pincompatible to theTLE 4264. The regulator is designed tosupply microprocessor systems under thesevere condition of automotive applications and is therefore equipped with additionalprotection against overload, short-circuit and overtemperature. Of course theTLE4264-2 can be used in all other applications, wherever a stabilized voltage isrequired.
