High Speed CAN-Transceiver

The HS CAN-transceivers of the TLE6250bfamily are monolithic integrated circuits that are avai lable as bare die as well as in a PG-DSO-8 package wi th the same functionality. The tran sceivers are optimized for high speed differential mode data transmission in automotive applications and in dustrial applications and they are compatible to ISO 11898. The transceivers work as an interface between the CAN protocol controller and the physical differential bus in both 12 V systems and 24 V systems.
