This series of Power Rectifiers employs the Schottky BarrierThis series of Power Rectifiers employs the Schottky Barrierprinciple in a large metal−to−silicon power diode. State−of−the−artgeometry features epitaxial construction with oxide passivation andmetal overlay contact. Ideally suited for use in low voltage, highfrequency switching power supplies, free wheeling diodes, andpolarity protection diodes.
