HIGH SIDE DRIVER
DESCRIPTION
The VN750, VN750S, VN750PT, VN750-B5 are amonolithic device designed in STMicroelectronics VIPower M0-3 Technology, intended for drivingany kind of load with one side connected toground.Active VCC pin voltage clamp protects the deviceagainst low energy spikes (see ISO7637 transientcompatibility table). Active current limitationcombined with thermal shutdown and automaticrestart protect the device against overload.The device detects open load condition both is onand off state. Output shorted to VCC is detected inthe off state. Device automatically turns off in caseof ground pin disconnection.
