 آی سی رگولاتور

آی سی A2C33648 به عنوان رگولاتور در بیشتر ایسیوهای زیمنس محصولات ایران خودرو و سایپا مورد استفاده قرار گرفته است . از این آی سی که تامین کننده ولتاژ 5V می باشد در ایسیوهای  زیمنس و کروز استفاده شده است . آی سی A2C33648  با داشتن دو خروجی رگوله شده که توسط پایه های Enable کنترل می شود یکی از بهترین گزینه های در طراحی و ساخت ایسیو می باشد  .همچنین از این آی سی در ایسیو L90 نیز به عنوان رگولاتور استفاده شده است .  مشابه و جایگزین این قطعه می توان از آی سی های TLE4471  و A2C20219  و A2C56211  استفاده نمود .

 Triple Voltage Regulator

The A2C33648  is a monolithic integrated very low-drop triple voltage regulator. The main output supplies loads up to 450 mA and the additional tracked outputs can provide up to 50 mA and 100 mA. In addition the device includes a watchdog for microcontroller-supervision, an under-voltage reset, a power on reset and extended enabling features. The watchdog and reset timing can be chosen independently of each other. The A2C33648 is available in the P-DSO-20-12 power package. It is designed to supply microprocessor systems under the severe condition of automotive applications and therefore it is equipped with additional protection against overload, short circuit and overtemperature. Of course the A2C33648 can be used in other applications as well. The A2C33648 operates in the temperature range of Tj = – 40 to 150 °C.
